Delivery
Easy Eggs delivers fresh pasteurized liquid egg products across the United Arab Emirates directly to your door — for home use, cafés, bakeries and food businesses.
Dubai & Abu Dhabi
- Minimum order: AED 100
- Delivery fee: AED 25
- Lead time: 1 business day
- Order cutoff: 2:00 PM — orders placed before 2pm are delivered next business day. Orders placed after 2pm are processed the following day and delivered the day after.
All other emirates
(Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain, Al Ain)
- Minimum order: AED 250
- Delivery fee: AED 50
- Lead time: 2 business days
Important delivery notes
All products are perishable and require refrigeration at all times. Please ensure someone is available to receive and refrigerate the order upon delivery. Easy Eggs is not responsible for products left unrefrigerated after delivery.

Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed securely. Card details are encrypted and are never stored, sold or shared with any third party.

Refunds & cancellations
We are committed to delivering the highest quality fresh egg products. If there is an issue with your order we want to make it right.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery at sales2@easy-eggs.com with a photo of the issue. If the error is on our side we will replace the affected products at no cost to you.
Freshness guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with detailed feedback. Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion based on the information provided.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled if you contact us immediately after placing. Due to the fresh nature of our products, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. Cancellations outside this window cannot be guaranteed and may not be eligible for a full refund.
Non-refundable situations
- Products not stored correctly after delivery
- Orders where the 24-hour contact window has passed
- Change of mind after delivery
